We are offering this antique Japanese negoro-style lacquer kakeban (meal table). It is made of light type of wood. This item in in good antique condition. It is showing signs of age, use, and shelf wear.

There are lacquer and gold gilt loss but that is part of the charm. The dimensions are approximately 12 1/4" x 7 3/4" x 6. It comes with a copy of a Certificate of Antiquity, dated March 1977, from the Japan Art Center in Tokyo by its president Koen Okada.
