Early Japanese Signd Arita Ko-Imari Chinese Blue White Ceramic Porcelain Charger
This listing is for an Early Japanese Arita / Ko-Imari Or Chinese Blue & White Ceramic Porcelain Charger. The Charger measures 15 3/8 inches widest body diameter and 1 13 /16th inches height. Depicting mountains, tree landscape detail, hand painted in great detail. All spots with red clay exposed are original and not chips. In excellent antique condition with a pin size shatter mark / chip extending to a hairline, 1 inch in length. (please see specific images) A couple of other clay stress hair lines about the same length starting at rim , which are more like crazing than hairline. Impressed marks under glaze as shown.
