Antique Japanese Furniture Chest Interior Cabinet 1900s Isho Tansu. Three medium drawers and one smaller drawer on the upper side. One larger drawer on the lower side. A single hinged-door on the right side with two small size drawers.

Beautiful metal fittings with pine tree, bamboo, plum flowers and crane motif (symbol of longevity). The single hinged-door locking explanation. To open the hinged-door on the right side corner, one's needs to pull the lock on the right side.

58cm / 22.83inch x W. 59cm / 23.22inch x D. 26.5cm / 10.43inch. Front plate made of Zelkova wood, other parts made of Cedar wood. Meiji era, end of 1800s.

There are some small ink stains inside of drawers. There are aging damages such as hits, peeling of paint and distortion due to age. The hinged door CAN be locked.
