Antique Japanese sword wakizashi 01B586

This is the scabbard that contained the actual Japanese sword. How about using it as a replacement scabbard for Iaido or martial arts?

There are some areas where the mother-of-pearl has peeled off and has been repainted. All of the parts that would be missing from a scabbard in poor condition, such as the tiles of the small chest, the kogi, the carp mouth, and the chestnut shape, are all present, and if the length and warp match, I think it is in usable condition.
