Pair of antique Japanese Satsuma vases. Dated the sixth year of Tenpo, which is 1835. Tenpo era began December 1830.
A tremendous amount of work has been put into these. Each of the four panels are completely covered with art. These are almost 200 years old, therefore they have age wear. There is crazing throughout their entirety. No cracks, chips, or hairlines.
Approximate measurements: 16" height, each side 6.25" wide. One weight 11 pounds 8 ounces, the other weigh 12 pounds. WE ARE WILLING TO TRAVEL, IN ORDER TO DELIVER THESE PERSONALLY. Items paid for on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not be mailed until at least Monday.
